Staging Services

STAGING CONSULTATION
We will start with a general tour of the home, taking notes and
developing a preliminary Action Plan. At the end of the consulation a
proposal of services will be presented, based on the amount of work
needed, time constraints and budget. If time permits, we will do a quick
10-minute transformation to demonstrate the dramatic changes Home
Staging can make.

STAGING REPORTS AND DIY MANUAL
This is a service for the "Do-It-Yourself". It will give you all the expertise
and step-by-step instructions to Do-It-Yourself. After the initial
consultation and signed proposal, we will go back through the home
studying it and taking pictures. From there we will create a detailed
Action Plan for the interior/exterior of the home, complete with a DIY
Manual and deliver it to you!

HOME STAGING
This service is for those homes that need a little extra attention and
expertise. We will perform the intital consultation, walk through and
proposal. If you decide on Home Staging, we will get right to work by
studying the entire home and taking multiple photos. Prior to staging
day you will receive our Staging Plan and list of items that are desired,
need to be discarded or displaced. Thus creating a smooth
transformation of your home into a BUYERS DREAM!

RENTALS
While we make every effort to use your current belongings. Some
times additional items are required. Or if you have already packed up
to move and don't have many items with to stage. We offer rental of our
large inventory of items and shopping service.

INTERIOR REDESIGN
Not selling? Just need more tranquility in your home? Interior redesign
uses the same philosophy as home staging with the focus on the
homeowner. During the walk through of your home, you will be asked
to express your feelings, function and future needs of each room. This
combined with your completed lifestyle questionnaire, we will be able
to develop a plan to transform your living environment that fits your
needs and budget. This can a be an great alternative to pricy
remodeling, furniture expense and typical interior design.
